Από ότι βλέπω για αυτό το site, έχουν διαγραφεί αρκετές εικόνες από τα Commons, οπότε προφανώς όχι.

Ναι, και είδα ότι υπάρχουν εικόνες από εκεί στα Commons, αλλά υπάρχουν και οι Commons:Deletion requests/Images from the European Parliament Website και Commons:Deletion requests/Template:EuroparlTag που είναι βέβαια παλιές. Καλύτερα μια ερώτηση στο Commons:Village pump/Copyright.
