Ο NGC 703 είναι φακοειδής γαλαξίας ο οποίος απέχει περίπου 240 εκατομμύρια έτη φωτός[2] και βρίσκεται στον αστερισμό Ανδρομέδα. Τον ανακάλυψε ο αστρονόμος Ουίλιαμ Χέρσελ (William Herschel) την 21η Σεπτεμβρίου 1786[3] και ανήκει στο σμήνος γαλαξιών Abell 262.[4][5][6][7] Ταξινομείται επίσης ως ραδιογαλαξίας.[8][9][10][11]
