The article speaks about the person being tortured by the dictatorship. There is absolutely no proof or evidence to this in the article. In fact, given than most of the useless illiterate politicians of this generation always claim some kind of participation in the resistance or torture by the dictatorship, I would be double careful about including such claims in an encyclopedia.
The article mentions some of his books but there is no relevant peer reviewed publications by him. It is worth noting such an omission as it is crucial for someone claiming to be an academic to have such publications. Book are not peer reviewed and therefore worthless as a method of quantifying his contribution, knowledge or recognition. As far as I can tell from my research, the man is a crook.
