Είναι η μεγαλύτερη κόρη του Φρανκ Σινάτρα και της Νάνσι Σινάτρα και είναι ευρέως γνωστή για την επιτυχία του 1966, με τίτλο These Boots Are Made for Walkin'. Άλλες σημαντικές ηχογραφήσεις της περιλαμβάνουν το Sugar Town, την επιτυχία του 1967 Somethin' Stupid (ντουέτο με τον πατέρα της), το τραγούδι των τίτλων για την ταινία Τζέιμς Μποντ, πράκτωρ 007: Ζεις μονάχα δυο φορές, αρκετές συνεργασίες με τον Λι Χέιζελγουντ όπως το Jackson και τη διασκευή του τραγουδιού της Cher Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down).

Στις αρχές του 1966 έλαβε παγκόσμια επιτυχία με το τραγούδι These Boots Are Made for Walkin'.

Το 1945 ο Φρανκ Σινάτρα τής αφιέρωσε το τραγούδι "Nancy (with the Laughing Face)".
