Hello! We, Web team at the WMF, are finishing our work on the Desktop Improvements project (Vector 2022). In a few weeks, we'd like to begin a conversation on el.wikipedia about making this skin the default one. First though, we'd like to make people aware.

Also, I'd like to put up banners encouraging to try out and test, and give feedback on the new skin. There are two of them: a 2-line one, and a 3-line one. That should be quick.
