Cropped from original and retouched by uploader to reduce scratches/smudges/other damage, improve color, and restore some details in the bottom right corner that were blurry in the scan (some text and the logo of the H.C. Miner Litho Co.).

But regardless of whether the original poster had a notice, the copyright for the artwork was not renewed in 1958 or 1959 (see the sections for "Artwork: Original registrations and renewals" and refer to the links). Copyright lapsed at that time. Note that the poster is a distinct work from the film and had to be renewed in its own.
