Russian: Утвержден 17 июня 1881 г. Описание герба: "Щит пересечен волнообразно, червленью и серебром, с тремя золотыми византийскими монетами, 2 и I, в верхней половине. Щит украшен древнею Царскою короною и окрежен золотыми дубовыми листьями, соединенными Александровскою лентою".[1]
