Ο Ανδρέας Βεσάλιος (Andreas Vesalius ή Andries van Wesel, 31 Δεκεμβρίου 1514 - 15 Οκτωβρίου 1564) ήταν Φλαμανδός ανατόμος. Διάσημη είναι η πραγματεία του De humani corporis fabrica libri septem (1543), η πρώτη περιγραφή του ανθρώπινου σώματος η οποία διόρθωνε τα λάθη του Γαληνού. Πέθανε στη Ζάκυνθο. Η ημερομηνία θανάτου του με το νέο ημερολόγιο είναι η 15 Οκτωβρίου 1564.
